This 100g bar of Plain Honey Chocolate contains 75% dark chocolate, but even milk chocolate lovers will appreciate what a creamy texture and delicious taste it has – all due to Stone’s Pure Devon Honey of course! Absolutely no white, brown or coconut sugar, no stevia or any other sweeteners, no preservatives, no “nasties” at all. Perfect for people who love dark chocolate but prefer a healthier treat.

Honey is poured into the chocolate at a very low temperature, so as not to destroy the honey’s antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins and friendly bacteria. This preserves all of the healing properties that natural honey is known for.

This chocolate uses unroasted raw Peruvian Criollo cacao solids, famous for their gentle taste and use in luxurious chocolate! Please note the difference in spelling, COCOA is what becomes of CACAO once it has been roasted continuously at a high temperature (a process called Dutch roasting). Unfortunately, high temperatures destroy most of the vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. By only using CACAO (a raw unprocessed version of cacao beans) and keeping heating cycles below 38◦C, the final product is as raw as possible, giving you the full range of health benefits associated with dark chocolate.
