Changed Your Mind

In the event that you have changed your mind about your purchase, please be aware that we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your honey must be in the same condition in which you received it, the jar must not have been opened and it must be in its original packaging.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at info@stoneshoney.com providing your name, order number and reason for return.

If you are requesting a refund or exchange because you have changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the cost of returning your item(s) to us. The charge for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. We’ll inform you of the charge by email, when arranging your return. The charge will be at cost.

Refunds are made to your original method of payment. We will process this within 48hrs of receiving your return. Please be aware, it can take a few days for your bank to show this in your account.

Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item(s), please let us know immediately via email at info@stoneshoney.com providing your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund or replacement. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the item(s).

Refunds are made to your original method of payment. We will process this within 48hrs of receiving your return. Please be aware, it can take a few days for your bank to show this in your account. We will send the correct item(s) free of charge on the next working day.

Items not as described

We have every confidence in the quality of our products and the accuracy of their descriptions. If you feel that the item(s) received didn’t meet your expectations of what was described on the website, then we’ll happily refund or replace your item(s) and cover the costs for the return. Please contact us via email at info@stoneshoney.com to arrange a returns label. Refunds are made to your original method of payment. We will process this within 48hrs of receiving your return. Please be aware, it can take a few days for your bank to show this in your account.

Damaged items

We make every effort to safely and securely pack our products, but occasionally damage can occur in the carrier network. In this instance, we can offer a full refund to your original payment method, including the shipping cost, or replacement item(s) to be sent to you free of charge. Please email us at info@stoneshoney.com with pictures of the damage, to start the refund or replacement. We will process this within 48hrs of receiving your return. Please be aware, it can take a few days for your bank to show this in your account.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this or anything else in these terms and conditions. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
