Pre-heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. In a bowl, mix together the sugars, vanilla and butter until aerated and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then add the salt, baking soda and flour and combine.
Mix 25g of toasted sesame seeds with 2 tablespoons of Stone’s clear honey and the grated rind of an orange into the cookie dough. Put the other 50g of toasted sesame seeds into a separate bowl, scoop the dough in spoonfuls and roll into the sesame seeds before placing on the baking tray allowing space for the cookies to spread. Make your cookies as large or as small as you like. Place into the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.
While the cookies are baking, mix the orange juice an a tablespoon of Stone’s clear honey together in a bowl. When the cookies have cooled, drizzle over the cookies to glaze them.
